MP4Fix usually finds your broken video automatically
Sometimes MP4Fix is not able to find your corrupted file. It depends where your broken video is saved.
MP4Fix is not able to detect crashed files saved in e.g. external storage, cloud storage, folders made by secret Apps or screen recorder Apps. Therefore in such cases we ask you to select it on your own.
Skipped files are fully recoverable with MP4Fix
What’s important, undetected broken file is not less likely recoverable! It has nothing in common at all.
Selecting broken MP4 is really easy to do
Select orange plus button in MP4Fix Application (bottom-right corner) to find your broken video. Then open it from proper storage (top left corner) and finally repair your crashed file easily with MP4Fix.

Hi, I just downloaded MP4Fix from the Google Store.
The preview showed that my corrupted mp4 video was completely fixed and I was satisfied and decided to purchase the Premium version.
However, I can’t seem to find the saved file. I read online that the repaired video is supposed to take the place of the original corrupted video. But it still shows the original video which can’t be played.
Could you kindly advise?

as you tap the save button you can see a notification down the screen with your repaired file location.
I’ve sent you more detailed email.
My battery died well I was recording . and after recharging when I tried to find the video. Couldn’t play but it showed that there was something in there that took up 800MB. So I know the video is there.
Trying the repair 10 times
App keeps saying it can’t play the video

Could you please send us system logs AT THE END of the repairing process (right-top corner-three white dots).

Steps to take:
– open the App
– Choose the broken file from the list or add it using round orange + button (right-bottom corner)
– Repair
– send system logs if Preview doesn’t work satisfactorily.
