Promotion Rules
The Promotion is organized and sponsored by Smamolot.
1.PROMOTION PERIOD:
The Promotion commences on December 1, 2017 and will end at 11:59:59 PM (CEST) on December 31, 2017.
2. ELIGIBILITY:
To enter and be eligible to receive the Prize a person must receive an invitation to the promotion in form of po up when MP4Fix aplication is opening.
3. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS:
Smamolot is asking entrants to:
a) create a public post on participant’s own Facebook timeline, where the story of recovering broken video file with MP4Fix help is presented
b) mention MP4Fix at the described above post (3a) using phrase @MP4Fix Video Repair Tool
c) get in touch via Messenger.
4. THE PRIZE:
Every entrant who fulfill Participation Requirements (3a, b, c) receives one free token, that allows to get a Premium Features for free. Smamolot do not provides money equivalent in place of the token.
To use the token:
a) open MP4Fix app
b) select any repaired file
c) select Save or Play or Share
d) select BUY
e) select CONTINUE
f) select Redeem code
g) enter received code
h) select REDEEM.
5. CONTACTING OF PARTICIPANTS:
The token will be send by facebook messenger in 48 hours from getting touch via Messanger (3a).
6. GENERAL:
Smamolot does not assume any responsibility and are not responsible for: (a) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information; (b) entries which fail to comply with the Official Rules; (c) any loss, damage, or claims caused by the awarded prize or the Promotion itself; (d) any failure of the website during the Promotion Period, including any problems, human or technical error, printing errors, lost, delayed, garbled data or transmissions, omissions, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone or computer lines, or technical malfunction of any computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail; on-line entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from downloading any material in the Promotion, all of which may affect a person’s ability to participate in the Promotion; or (e) any other matter whatsoever.
